Refund Policy

Welcome to Enterslice.ae. We thank you for trusting us with our services. At Enterslice LLC, UAE, our focus is customer satisfaction because we guarantee your success, and your success is our success. Kindly contact us if you aren’t satisfied with our services so we can help you get a refund in the following ways:

1. Refund at the choice of Customer: We will refund the entire amount if the user submits the refund request within 4 hours from the official confirmation via email to “[email protected].”

2. Refund if We Fail to Deliver the Services: We grant a refund if our consultant or consultants fail to deliver the services beyond a reasonable doubt within 30 days. You can request a refund by writing us at “[email protected]”.

We Don’t Grant Refunds:
  • Once we assign the service order to our consultant.
  • If the user abandons their plan to obtain our services, it further hampers our consultants’ ability to fulfil their contractual abilities within the deadline.
  • If the user fails to submit the necessary documents to us within 15 days of the official request by our consultants.
  • If we find out that the user is reselling our services, not registered with us, or is not a part of the “Enterslice LLC, UAE” network.
  • For governmental surcharges and fines.
  • If the United Arab Emirates (UAE) regulatory bodies reject the application for any reason, and if you still wish to avail of our services, then you must pay 70% of our professional fees, 100% of the governmental fees, and other related fees if applicable.
  • If there’s a delay at the United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s government and administration’s end.
  • If our consultant fails to deliver the services due to a change in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s legislative changes.
  • If the user fails to respond to an email or other communication within 7 days.

Enterslice LLC, UAE, explicitly clarifies that it will not entertain any refund request due to a dispute between the user-client and our consultant. We will treat it as an individual and isolated dispute, thereby waiving any liability on our part.

How To Raise a Refund Request with Us:

All users must follow this process to obtain a refund from us:

  • Email your consultant and keep “[email protected]” in the loop. Please note that the consultant will take at least seven business days to approve a refund.
  • You are entitled to raise an appeal to our nodal officer at “[email protected]” if you’re unsatisfied with your consultant’s decision. The nodal officer will take at least seven days to finalize a decision concerning your refund or refunds.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any dispute or claim (including non-binding disputes or claims) concerning this refund policy or refunds in general shall be governed and construed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Each party undeniably agrees that the courts of the UAE shall have the jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim as explained above. You agree to the laws of the UAE without any regard for the conflict of laws.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) federal or state courts will have the jurisdiction to settle disputes. You agree to waive any jurisdictional or venue-related objections to such courts.

Refund Method:

We will issue a refund to your original mode of payment. Our finance and accounting team takes 30 to 60 days to initiate a refund.

Enterslice LLC, UAE reserves the right to modify and/or change this refund policy without prior notice. We advise all users to visit this page to align with our refund policy revisions.
